Salisi and Cero families from Pintuan area

I am searching for my father in law's ancestral family.both maternal and paternal.
His name was Francisco Salisi Cero, born 1918 Pintuyan,southern leyte. died 1998 Lemon, Leyte.
He married a Emelia Talacay Dadison in 1943 at Consuegra.
